We only accept refund under the following conditions:
- product was damaged during shipping
- wrong product was delivered
product not received after 60 days
1) Product was damaged during shipping
In case the product was damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will respond quickly and send a new item or you may choose a refund instead.
2) Wrong product was delivered
In case the wrong product was delivered, please email email@example.com with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly and send a new item to you or you may choose a refund instead.
3) Product not received after 60 days
If the mail service loses your order, we will give you a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.
Please note that no refund will be given if you order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Shipping cost is not refundable.
If you still haven't receive your order after 60 days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call: +852 53333901 with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
14 Days Return
You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged.
Who pays postage for returns?
If the item is returned because it's faulty, not as described, or damaged in the post, you do not need to pay return postage costs.
However, if you want to return the item for any other reason within 14 days, you have to pay to send it back.
